Listen Publishing House was founded by La’kedrick Molsey, a former recording artist and creative writer with a rich background in music and storytelling. His journey began at the young age of 12, when he started writing stories, movies, and songs. Over the years, he honed his creative skills and became deeply immersed in the music industry. As a recording artist, La’kedrick worked closely with major label executives, managers, and lawyers, which provided him with valuable insights into the world of publishing.
During his career, he learned about the business side of the industry, particularly the intricacies of protecting intellectual property, navigating contracts, and managing rights. This decade-and-a-half of experience equipped him with the knowledge and expertise to transition into the publishing world.
